What’s an eggeRie?>

The Eggerie is a tribute to the mayonnaise-based culture of noshing in the South. Most of us have never attended a baby shower, bridal shower or cocktail party without at least being served one mayo-centric item.

We started with deviled eggs as the centerpiece, the perfect #snack, and we strive for eggcellence in every order. From there we added egg salad, pimiento cheese, turkey salad and, because what’s a party without desert, tremendous melt-in-your-mouth almond sugar cookies. The menu is pretty simple, but so are these treats. They’re just meant to spark joy (and also tide you over until supper). We want every bite to make you say #oeufthatsgood.

Everything is made in a shared kitchen that handles nuts, wheat, dairy, fish and eggs (duh) so please be mindful of any sensitivities.
